For 4 - 12yrs there will be a £5.00 charge for each guest that does not attend on the day of the party so please let us know of any cancellations the day before the party to avoid the £5.00 charge.
For 13-18yrs there will be a £15.00 charge for each guest that does not attend on the day of the party so please let us know of any cancellations the day before the party to avoid the £15.00 charge.
Our minimum number of guests for most of our packages is 10, if you to wish to have a Party with fewer guests please note that the minimum charge for 10 guests will still apply.
Please check that your required date and time is available before sending us your booking form and deposit.
To help your party run smoothly, particularly for ages 4-6yrs we ask that for health and safety reasons, during the time we are entertaining the guests that the party area is kept clear of food, drink and Pets. We also ask that children under 3 are with an adult as we are not always able to watch them. We also find it works best if all the guests parents are staying during the party that they are in another area or room as lots of parents tend to distract the guests attention.
Although we will happily pencil you in and keep a date for you, it is not a confirmed booking until you receive your confirmation letter so please do not send invites until you have your letter of confirmation.
Princess Parties shall bear no liability for loss or damage arising caused by circumstances outside our control.
To insure the highest levels of hygiene and to minimize risk to other children we ask that we are informed at the start of the party if any guests are suffering with head lice (This is purely because our staff can be in contact with as many as 60 children in a day and would not want to put other children at risk by spreading the little chaps!) or any skin condition that maybe worsened by the application of face paints or make up, such as exema or that may be contagious such as cold sores..
Although every effort is made to insure we reach you on time if Princess Parties are unable to carry out your booked party due to circumstances outside of our control such as illness, severe weather conditions or sever traffic/accidents your deposit will still be valid for a future booking for up to one year. We use satellite navigation and plan our routes in advance to insure arriving within plenty of time, however if you do know of any planned events or road works in your area that may effect us on the day this will be very helpful.
When booking your party please advise on the maximum number of guests that you will be inviting so that we can assure that we can book enough staff to make your party run smoothly.
Please note that all of our parties have an age range for which they are suitable, if you choose to have a party for girls that are slightly younger than the suggested age range the party may be adapted slightly and some activities may be replaced with something more suitable.
We will need at least one parking space (depending on the number of staff attending) for the duration of the party. If you are aware of any parking restrictions such as residents parking, pay and display, or time limits please advise us when booking your party. If parking is not very near your house or venue we will also need to unload/reload before and after the party.
